Nissan road assistance took me and my car I just love Fuccillo Nissan dealership ! (I also love my Nissan Rogue) Recently I had a no start situation . Nissan road assistance took me and my car to Fuccillo Nissan and it was diagnosed and fixed asap (bad cell in battery) and they even fit in an oil change and tire rotation while I was there !!! Lengthy visit with no explanations from tech I went in for an oil change and them to check my front tire. I had an appt schedule and it took over 2 hours. I did not receive updates or the video t I went in for an oil change and them to check my front tire. I had an appt schedule and it took over 2 hours. I did not receive updates or the video they typically provide to all customers. One of the other customers received her video of the oil change. The tech did not come out to go over the various items. When we were leaving I had to ask for my multipoint inspection. More
