Came in on a recall. Matt checked me in told me the fix would not take long. Matt told me about the lounge to wait in. lounge had a great atmosphere, plenty of seating, coffee, tv, outlets for charging. would not take long. Paid 385.00 for service,I get in my car only to find it doesn't start. The technician than tries to sell me a battery.
