Starting issue. Fucillo was very knowledgeable on solving the problem. They even preformed service on a recall I didn’t know about and it didn’t cost any money. Rude response to an issue Too annoyed with response to an issue I was having with hatch. Kept telling me it didn't do it when I said it did. They just kept arguing with me.
