Fast service. Called them with an issue about the radio not working properly. Set me up with an appointment to diagnose and then correct the problem. From the second I pulled in the afternoon before with the spare tire on my baby car, and them having to order a tire, to coming back the next morning, EVERYONE WAS ABSOLUTLELY FANTASTIC. They even moved the spare tire on my baby car, and them having to order a tire, to coming back the next morning, EVERYONE WAS ABSOLUTLELY FANTASTIC. They even moved the spare to the rear so I'd have better traction to drive home in the now. They laughed at only having 3800 miles on it and won't be a year old until next month! I came in for a routine oil change. This is the second time in a row that I was ignored for awhile either while waiting for the service (the last time I waited 45 min longer than I needed to because no on time in a row that I was ignored for awhile either while waiting for the service (the last time I waited 45 min longer than I needed to because no one came to tell me it was done) or to just be checked in. The staff was visibly annoyed that the car needed to be serviced because it was 430pm (they close at 530). I was told I could only have service if someone felt like doing it. They offered further service for a separate issue, but at a price $100 more than other competitors. More

Phenomenal service. Got my car from an out of state dealer (they sold it with a bad clock spring) but Matthews contacted them, figured out my warranty situation, and had the problem fixed along with a dealer (they sold it with a bad clock spring) but Matthews contacted them, figured out my warranty situation, and had the problem fixed along with a wash and inspection within two hours. Definitely going to be returning. More
