Excellent experience I explained to Gene (service advisor) that I am a do it yourself kinda guy. That I break out in a rash at the thought of taking my car to a dealer. I explained to Gene (service advisor) that I am a do it yourself kinda guy. That I break out in a rash at the thought of taking my car to a dealer. But, in this computerized world, you can't always fix it yourself. Gene assured me the process would be painless, done properly, and priced fairly. He delivered on his promise. Thanks! More
