Maus Nissan of Brooksville - Service Center

On may 29, 2025 I took my Nissan Rogue to Goodyear to remove a screw from one of my tires. They told me I did not have the wheel lock key, so they would not be able to remove the screw. Anyway I called G remove a screw from one of my tires. They told me I did not have the wheel lock key, so they would not be able to remove the screw. Anyway I called Gerald Spence (Bam Bam) at Maus Nissan in Brooksville and told him what my problem was. He told me to come on over and see what can be done. I went over there, (I bought my Maus Nissan Rogue last August2024), so I know Bam Bam, as he usually takes care of me. He ordered the part for me and a few days later I picked it up from the dealership. I would like to take the time to let you know what an awesome employee you have. Bam Bam is very professional, efficient and is extremely personable. He gives great customer service and a fun person to interact with. He certainly is an asset to your company. Thank You Bam bam .
