I was quite satisfied with the 2016 but was provided with a good deal for me in replacing it with a 2018 model. However, even though the service experience I have had has been excellent, the last time I had my 2016 Altima serviced, after it was returned and had been washed - the from end and front half of the hood was still covered with dead bugs. This should have been spotted by my service rep and remedied prior to the car being turned back over to me. More
