I was able to get a much NEWER, NICER vehicle for my family (4 kids, a husband and a dog) in impeccable condition! Tom, my sales person, was INCREDIBLE!! He showed me vehicles within my budget and did everything to ensure that we were able to drive away from our older car and with this one!! I love my Sienna!! I DID BY EXTENDED WARRANTY, BUT I HAD 30 DAYS WAITING PERIOD, I MAKE MISTAKE SEND MY MURANO 3 DAYS EARLIER THERE. NOBODY NEVER CALL ME FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, TELLING ME MY EXTENDED WARRANTY IS NOT YET AVAILABLE YET. THEY DIAGNOSTIC MY MURANO, BEFORE TELL ME THAT IS COST ME $230.00. I FIND OUT WHEN I GO BACK AND WANT TO PICK UP MY CAR!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE PAID $230.00 FOR A NOTHING!!!!! THEY HAVE MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER, A CAR IS UNDER MY NAME. THEY ARE DON'T CALL, THEY CALL MY GRANDSON. WHEN I COMPLAINING, SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME, ANYBODY ABLE TO TAKE A CAR THERE.
