I purchased a vehicle October 2022 for my daughter and I have yet to receive my title. I have called multiple times to find out what is going on. Not once has someone reached out to me with an update. I am have yet to receive my title. I have called multiple times to find out what is going on. Not once has someone reached out to me with an update. I am very upset with the lack of customer service. I have had to contact an attorney to seek advice. My sales person is no longer working there, but if she was I am sure I would not be having this issue. I had to call to get plates as my 17 YO daughter was driving around on illegal plates. I also have received a letter from the State of MO stating that they are going to cancel all of my registrations if I do not pay my sales tax on a vehicle that Max Motors still owns. More

The sales person was great but the problem I have is that I traded in my car on Saturday they originally offered me $20k I wanted $25k they came up to $21k so come Monday morning they have it listed for almo I traded in my car on Saturday they originally offered me $20k I wanted $25k they came up to $21k so come Monday morning they have it listed for almost $32k imagine my surprise after they said it wasn't worth $25k I bought a brand new truck from them and I was happy till I found this out. Needless to say they have forever lost my business and I wouldn't recommend them after this. It was disrespectful and underhanded I understand the need to make a profit on a trade in but not at this level. More
