Dropped it off the night before, next day late afternoon, I have to call to find out status. You haven't even looked at it yet. The next morning, you call me asking if I was going to bring my truck in because I missed my appointment. ?? I inform you I dropped it off 2 nights ago. Another day goes by and I have to call to find out the status - again, no one calls me, I call you - long story short it takes a week for me to get my truck back. Fast forward to couple weeks ago. Truck dies on way to work on Tue. I call service to see earliest appointment available is Thur. I have truck towed in. Late Thur afternoon I haven't heard so I call and no one has even looked at it. Fri I call and you say parts are on order, if parts come in it might be down Sat but more likely Tues next week. A few days go by, I hear nothing so I call you on Wed to find out you are still waiting on parts. Late Thur you call me, say truck is done but I'm at work and it's too late in the day for me to find a ride. Fri morning, me and my wife both take off work an hour so she can drop me off and pick it up, I drive it a block and turn around because it is sputtering. (Do you not test drive vehicles?) Call my wife to turn around and come back and get me. A couple hours later you have it fixed again so me and my wife make 3rd trip to pick up my truck. I was half expecting a nice gesture like a free oil change or something for our inconvenience, but no. I at least get an apology.
Now, I understand you have other vehicles to work on, things don't according to plan, parts may not be readily available, etc. But if I have an appointment on Thur, I expect at least a call back no later than end of business Thur for an update.
