We have purchased 7 vehicles from Max Motors. 4 of them cash. We purchased a used 2019 Ford F250 and after 3 week the back tire blew out and destroyed the bed and side panel. Although Parker work 4 of them cash. We purchased a used 2019 Ford F250 and after 3 week the back tire blew out and destroyed the bed and side panel. Although Parker worked an ok deal out for the repair we will not be coming back to purchase any vehicles at Max Motors. We asked for the repairs to made at a minimum cost. They replaced all tires but based on the wear should have been replaced at the time of purchase. With the time and effort over the years of the vehicle purchases and maintenance done through your company we thought that would be enough for more of an interest in pleasing us and our company business. We have 2 vehicles we need to purchase and will be taking our business some where else and will others in our business and personal lives know why we will be doing so. More

I told them truck needed to be aligned and they didn’t do that. Steering wheel is crooked. Truck hauls to the left. Front right tire has a bad valve stem; it keeps leaking air.
