After going through two other dealerships in the area to find a vehicle that fit our needs and budget Mr.Bacon was the only one that made a deal happen for us! He was able to get us in a new 2023 Hyundai Sa find a vehicle that fit our needs and budget Mr.Bacon was the only one that made a deal happen for us! He was able to get us in a new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. He was very professional and always put the customer first! It was very obvious that Mr. Bacon cared more about the customer rather than making a sale. He made our first new car buying experience stress free and comforting. Dealer would not honor a rebate unless vehicle was finaced with Ford. This was not specific on the ad and the seller was rude ans disrespectful. When I elevated the issue to the manager, the issue did finaced with Ford. This was not specific on the ad and the seller was rude ans disrespectful. When I elevated the issue to the manager, the issue didn't seem to matter to him. I did end up buying the vehicle because I really wanted it and the finance percent was only 2 points higher with Ford. I'm still dealing with the dealership for titling issues and the salesman is still rude, disrespectful, and is very confrontational. I would not recommend this dealership. More
