Great group of people! Amazingly helpful and super friendly. Service Department I was there with 2 different trucks for recall notices. I was able to make an appointment several days prior. Everything went very well. Alan got my e I was there with 2 different trucks for recall notices. I was able to make an appointment several days prior. Everything went very well. Alan got my extended warranty to pay for the DEF Fuel heater repairs as well. Stephan took care of my other truck as well the following Monday. Stephan also showed me several things on the advanced settings for this 2015 Platinum F-150. I've always had good luck with the service department even back when it was known as GR Milner Ford. I've had many dealings with Alan thru the years. I've found them to be honest and fair. More

Oil Change They are very friendly , oil change and tire rotation. Thanks Although your Body repair people were very nice but blamed an car wash for paint chips , kinda weird when it was only our car that got damaged and the spot were it got damaged. is not where you think, we stayed at the car wash , talked to the owner and quite a few cars went though their cars were fine. Not too happy about that. And the spot well cost over 800.00 thats is kinda high for the damage. But they be happy to fix the rock ding on our hood , when the other is repaired , Hummmm. More
