Cliff, Brandt, and Ulises were all professional and easy to work with during the actual sale and financing of the vehicle. I never felt taken advantage of, and they made sure to work within my budget in regards to financing the SUV. After I purchased the vehicle I brought my car over to the Service Center to have it detailed. Kevin, the Service Manager, made sure it was taken care of right away and that I was satisfied with the detail once it was done. I was impressed with how thorough they were with cleaning my car. Easy car buying experience My wife and I popped in to see an advertised truck. Daniel met with us as we arrived and had us set up for a test drive within 15 minutes of our arriv My wife and I popped in to see an advertised truck. Daniel met with us as we arrived and had us set up for a test drive within 15 minutes of our arrival. For me a trip to a car sales place is like a trip to the dentist but I must say the whole experience was pleasant. No pressure, NO GAMES. Daniel was very easy to work with. We did make the purchase which went fairly smoothly but when we got home we realized we didn’t receive our emissions paperwork. One phone call to Daniel fixed that. The paperwork was in our mailbox two days later. I recommend this dealership and if you go, ask for Daniel. More

Credit review I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership.. everyone was very friendly and helpful, although it took over 2 hours to complete a cash deal. N I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership.. everyone was very friendly and helpful, although it took over 2 hours to complete a cash deal. Negotiations could have been better, but acceptable. I had planned on writing a check for the entire amount, however a credit check was required. I was assured by the salesperson that it was only a soft inquiry, similar to a home lender prequalification. They then came back and said they required certified funds and my credit was not up to their standards to accept my check. Fine, whatever. This is why I wasn't applying for a loan, geniuses. Got the cashier's check. A week later I notice that there was an actual HARD inquiry from them on my credit report. Thanks guys. Won't be buying from you again. I can't deal with dishonesty. More
