Horrible Customer Service & DON’T buy a Warrantee through t We bought a car from this company in October, they promised the car was in perfect condition, and sold us a warranty. When the car started burning oi We bought a car from this company in October, they promised the car was in perfect condition, and sold us a warranty. When the car started burning oil right after we bought it, we took it to a dealership and to their service shop to get it fixed. They promised they fixed it, but it continued to burn oil. Now, we are told that we need a new motor. When we went to use our warranty to fix the motor, we were told by the warranty/insurance provider that our warranty wasn’t good, and it should have never been sold to us in the first place. So, now we have a “new “car, less than a year old, that needs a new motor, burns oil and won’t be fixed. The company is full of liars, cheaters, and people unwilling to work with us. In other words, they are money hungry and not willing to work with their customers. Anyone who buys a car from then should assume the worst. More

Horrible warranty My car broke down on Sunday Night and I had it towed to the dealership. I called them Monday as soon as they opened to let them know I left my car the My car broke down on Sunday Night and I had it towed to the dealership. I called them Monday as soon as they opened to let them know I left my car there and my alternator went out. I had to keep calling them to check the status on my vehicle, when I got a call back I was told on Tuesday it was the starter, even tho the car started. Later on that day they called back and said they falsely diagnosed it and it was the alternator and they needed to get a approval from the warranty people to fix it when it clearly states in the warranty I have will fix it. It also states in my warranty paperwork I could get a rental car up to $35 a day up to 5 days now there saying it has to be 4 hours or more (labor) to get a rental which it clearly does not state that so now I’m with out of a car for another 2 days and they don’t care! Very unprofessional, lack of communication and false warranty advertising. I would not recommend buying a car from here or at least purchasing a warranty it does NO GOOD!!! More

Poor follow up service We bought a vehicle Saturday. For the most part the vehicle sat in our garage for a few days. On Thursday, we noticed there was a cut in the sidewall We bought a vehicle Saturday. For the most part the vehicle sat in our garage for a few days. On Thursday, we noticed there was a cut in the sidewall of one of our tires. I noticed when we bought it that there was some curb rash but I didn’t see any cuts. The dealership told us that since we had bought it 5 days ago they could not do anything. They said if we had called Monday it would be a different story. They said they didn’t see any cuts on the sidewalls at the inspection. The cut is small, but it is still a cut. Aside from the drive home we had only driven it once, and we did not hit any curbs. It was in our garage otherwise.If we had, I would take total responsibility. I would not try to rip anyone off for new tires. They told us if there were any issues within a couple of months the dealership would take care of us. Unfortunately this has turned out to be a typical dealership. Once they make the sale, you are on your own. More
