Brad, this is Max, the owner of Maximum Auto Search. First, thank you for your business. We work hard to take care of customers after the sale, so I was surprised by this review. I reviewed your case, and found that your vehicle had a check engine light come on shortly after your purchase. At no cost to you, we inspected the vehicle, replaced the de-activation valve (a fairly minor issue) and cleared the code. The code came back on for an "evap code" (another minor issue) and fixed that issue as well. I know it can be frustrating, but often if more than one issue is present, you have to fix the first issue, clear the codes, then wait to see if any additional codes appear. In this case, when the code did not reappear, you wanted our technicians to drive the vehicle for several more days to make sure all issues were fixed. We did so, and it appears everything was fixed on your vehicle. We saw your review, and called you to find out why you weren't satisfied. You thought we should have replaced your engine just to be safe, which we obviously declined to do. I'm sorry you feel that was poor service, however, we wouldn't be in business long if we replaced engines every time a check engine light came on. That wouldn't be fair to me, or the employees and families who depend on me making good business decisions. I hope you understand and realize that we really do stand behind our vehicles, and truly hope you are enjoying your Dodge.
