The wife and i decided it was worth it to take a trip up to denver. We arrived and had about 3 different people ask How they could help us. In about 10 min we were on a test drive. There was no BS, prices didnt “magically” change once we areived. We were not pressured in any extended warranties or “extras”. Rider was excellent. I told him where I stood, and how I felt about car buying. I told him just too be straight forward with me, and i would be the same with him. We were treated like adults. More

Take Your Time! I found a vehicle on the website and watched it for a couple weeks, finally stopping in to take a look in person. I met with a Trent who knew everyth I found a vehicle on the website and watched it for a couple weeks, finally stopping in to take a look in person. I met with a Trent who knew everything about the car I was looking at and went on a test drive. While we weren’t able to agree on a price that evening, he kept in touch throughout the week and kept the lines of communication open. He knew after sitting down to discuss what I was comfortable paying that we both needed time to think about it and he didn’t try to push me into a purchase I wasn’t ready to make, which I truly appreciated! I ended up coming back a week later and buying the car for a price I felt good about! Mo in finance was a hoot to work with and deserves a mention here too! More
