In a last effort, with little hope I may add, we stopped at Maxx. From the moment my family and I step foot on the lot we were treated with nothing but respect, the staff made me and my family feel very comfortable and the whole process was better than any dealership I had been to the whole day, my whole life actually. After looking at several other mini vans for the family at other car dealerships this place was the only place that made us feel like family. No pressure at all and let us take the van to lunch and check it out for a while which was pretty nice. After checking it out and having it inspected at a local shop we decided to buy it, we are pleased with the van and the way we were treated the whole way through. They got us a very good interest rate which was unexpected due to our credit needing a little work. These guys care about making sure your experience is fun. More

Buyer Beware We received a text message from one of the salesperson on selling our truck we bought from them last year; we were really apprehensive about going in We received a text message from one of the salesperson on selling our truck we bought from them last year; we were really apprehensive about going in & giving them a second chance because our first experience was really bad. While there the car salesmen promised to earn our trust back by buying our truck back & deceived us in believing that our truck was going towards a new used car. He also knew we wanted lower payments because of our finances & still took advantage of us! We went back in because with all the hidden charges we are going to be paying double for this used car; we talked to another guy who made my wife feel stupid. We feel really taken advantage of by this company! We will stir everyone we know away from this company! More

Unethical Bought a car 05/23/2016. Two days later check engine light comes on for O2 sensor. Salesman said taken care of, light reset. Six days later light come Bought a car 05/23/2016. Two days later check engine light comes on for O2 sensor. Salesman said taken care of, light reset. Six days later light comes on again for cylinder four misfire. Mechanic estimates $300 to tune up, despite salesman saying car had a tune up done. Mechanic says maybe will solve problem, not guaranteed. 07/18/2016 car completely dead, in shop with electronic failure, estimated $200-$600 for diagnosis only, not repair. No help what so ever from Maxx Auto Plus despite earlier promises from manager to check with owner about covering the cost of the initial estimate, and no response back to complaint filed with the attorney general's office. Shows an obvious lack of concern for customers already struggling financially. More

Do not buy here!!! Initially wrote a good review and was hoping the small problems with the car where just that. I make just enough money to feed my wife and two kids so having to deal with thousands of dollars In repairs to a vehicle we paid a lot of money for was devistating to us financially. All we got was the run around and told there's nothing they will do. Keep in mind all this was taking place when the vehicle was still under there 3month 3000 mile warranty. Which is joke because it only covers up to 500$. I highly recommend looking anywhere else but max auto. More

Maxx Autos Plus in an average dealership with a warranty gimmick and a couple of above average salesman who know how to practice their trade. Research everything thoroughly. Don't get complacent on the entire sales transaction as I did. LET THE BUYER BEWARE! I'll never step foot into this establishment again so not recommending Maxx Autos Plus to my family and friends is a given. More
