Throughout the process we were never pushed or given a hard sell on anything. I feel we were treated very well and quite fairly with regards to the vehicle price and our trade in. This is one of the few times that we purchased a new car and didn't have some kind of regret about the final deal. Based on my experience I would recommend Mazda 112 to anyone looking to purchase a Mazda. More

Easy, Contact-Free, No Hassle Sale - AMAZING! Let's face it... we are in some uncertain times right now, and the last thing anyone wants to realize is that their lease is up and it's time for a ne Let's face it... we are in some uncertain times right now, and the last thing anyone wants to realize is that their lease is up and it's time for a new car. Not really knowing what to expect or how long this would actually take, I started sending out emails to local dealerships to see what this "car-buying remotely" would possibly mean. To my surprise, I received numerous emails and texts back, but they all seemed "bot-like" except for Alissa's at Mazda 112. She asked me my interests, made sure I was real, and got me in touch with Greg to start working on the deal. Greg G, was in the same boat as me. New to the remote buying, he built a rapport with me right away. The entire conversation took about 5 (???) minutes and we had a deal. That's not an exaggeration... he had me at a comfortable price in under 5 minutes. Not only did he give me such a great price, it made me realize that he might be able to work a better price on a higher trim, which I would have never believed... and he did! I was able to make a crazy deal on a 2020 CX-30 Select, in the color I wanted most. Greg G. worked with me on financing, and because of what we decided on together, it took absolutely no time. Within a few hours of talking to him, we had set an appointment for delivery, set up insurance, and we both knew we were going on 100% trust at this point. On delivery day, Long Island was set to be hit with 60mph winds, and I received a call at 8:30am from Greg asking if we could postpone delivery. It would help keep the car safe, his staff safe, and he would make me a priority the following day for any time I prefer. The next day, he sent Joe G. to deliver the car. Joe was the most respectful during this time. He did not try to shake hands, he stayed back (even as masks were worn) and asked me if there were any questions. He explained he can stay as long as I felt comfortable, but didn't want to sit in the car with me any longer than I would be uncomfortable with. He had me sign all the papers in under a minute. The plates were on, the registration was on, and the car had 33 miles on it which included a drive from Medford to Commack. Joe G gave me his card, and more importantly, his direct cell phone number if I had any questions on the car at all. Greg has followed up with me already to make sure everything is great. This is simply the best car buying experience I have ever had. And that comes in a time of real fear, confusion, social distancing, and so many other crazy factors. I am so grateful to Greg G and his super team. I can't wait until my wife's Jeep is off-lease to go visit Mazda 112 again... in person, or remote!!! More
