CX5 (I did all the work online with the internet sales manager, Nick), Althugh I didn't step foot into the dealer until the day I took delivery of my. CX5 (I did all the work online with the internet sales manager, Nick), my experience at the dealership was amazing. My salesman was very knowledgeable with the product, and I didn't feel pressured at all. He had my vehicle prepped and ready when I arrived in the evening after a long day at work. I've never had a salesman take his time and show me all the features of the car and ensure that I was comfortable with them, before we went our seperate ways. Easiest car buy experience thus far. More

In the past, I dreaded anything to do with servicing cars but this dealership has turned all that around for me. I actually look forward to going there. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating and the service is excellent. Also, members of the staff have been there for many years (demonstrates experience and stability) and I believe it speaks volumes for the company and instills confidence in me ( they have experience and.their work is excellent. Daughter very happy with CX5 I visited the dealership 2 times and Joe Gullota was a nice, professional person to deal with. I never felt pressure of any kind and always was treate I visited the dealership 2 times and Joe Gullota was a nice, professional person to deal with. I never felt pressure of any kind and always was treated with customer respect. On my second visit I asked for the extra $$ that he said he could get off the car and he honored his word. What made the deal faster was that they have the color that my daughter was looking for. I closed the deal and now my daughter is very happy with the CX 5 we got for her. Thank you Joe. More

We purchased a brand new Mazda CX5 from them 2 years ago, and had it regularly serviced since it's purchase. The car was running fine up until recent, where it broke down and the diagnostics came back as "complete engine failure - reason unknown". We purchased the extended warranty, but they are claiming the warranty will not cover either replacing or fixing the engine. Two years of paying for the extended warranty has resulted in ZERO coverage, even though we're still within the time/mileage for it. Thanks Mazda for basically stealing our money from us the past 2 years. We will never purchase from this dealership or Mazda ever again. More
