Always kind and made me feel like I was visiting a friend I hadn't seen in a while. No pressure, no going back and forth, NONE of the things that people shy away from at a dealership. My final paperwork was ready when I came to pick my car up. A couple signatures and done. Everything was explained well, and I looked at my documents closely.
