The dealership as a whole is great. The sales staff to the service writers are wonderful. However I think they need to work on communication. I went in for service to my steering wheel The sales staff to the service writers are wonderful. However I think they need to work on communication. I went in for service to my steering wheel being off centered and wanted that fixed air in my tires and for my freon to be checked. Instead what I got was the steering wheel not fixed because all they did was a wheel alignment they didn’t check or put air in my tires because my low air in 3 of my tires light came on one as low as 28psi and instead of checking the freon I got a video on how to operate my AC unit. And got charged $150.00 for absolutely nothing. I will not be bringing my car to this dealership anymore for service I will find another Mazda dealership to take my car to be worked on. It’s a shame because everything else about my experience there was awesome. More

This is our second Maxda CX=50 from Lakeland Mazda. We don't live even close to Lakeland. 97 miles away, on the other side of the state. When we started looking for our first one, we started with the closest dealerships and worked our way out. It was 2022, during covid, so the exact one me wanted was difficult to get from the factory. Every other dealership wanted us to buy what they had, not what we wanted. As in buy this or nothing. Lakeland Mazda listened and went so far above and beyond to get us THE CX-50 we wanted, I can't imagine buying from another dealer. So when it was time to trade up, we didn't even consider another dealer, and again they went above and beyond to get us the exact CX-50 we wanted. And even though we didn't "shop around" I don't feel we could have gotten a better deal anywhere else. More
