Mazda Lakeland is proud to join the successful Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships, which has been serving the surrounding Central Florida community for 80 years since 1938! Our group's motto, "Never forget your customer - Never let your customer forget you!" comes straight from the mind and heart of the William E. "Bill" Holler, the first of the Holler family to go into the automotive industry. Long before motivational speakers became fashionable, Bill Holler was an institution! Automotive News described him as a spellbinder, a table-pounder, and an evangelist. But he didn't sell cars on personality alone. By understanding customer wants and needs, Bill was able to develop innovative programs to inspire dealers to establish new sales records.
Roger III, Chris, and Jill Holler Rogers (Vice-Presidents of our automotive group) are the great-grandchildren of the fabled Bill Holler. He founded the General Motors Dealers' Son School established to prepare dealers' offspring to inherit the family franchise and his son, grandson, and great-grandchildren were all graduates. From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession. In sales literature and speeches he often pointed out that the commander who leads the troops in battle...the volunteer who raises funds for charity...the homeowner who gets the neighborhood involved in a community project...is doing a sales job.
We also have access to extensive inventory across the Holer Classic Family of Dealerships, including dealerships serving Genesis Orlando, Audi Orlando, Honda Orlando, Mazda Orlando, Hyundai Orlando, and a second Honda Orlando dealership serving the Winter Park area. First off can't believe this dealership is rated 23rd in the state of Florida. I've visited at least 7 highly rated dealerships and none of them compare to Lakeland Mazda!! Purchased 2024 CX90 Turbo S Pr the state of Florida. I've visited at least 7 highly rated dealerships and none of them compare to Lakeland Mazda!! Purchased 2024 CX90 Turbo S Premium Plus for my wife for Mother's Day. Wanted to use Costco Auto program but ended up using Sam's program instead, Only 2 dealerships were shown that offer these programs, Lakeland & North Palm Beach. We went to Ft Meyers Mazda to look & Drive the CX90. They had a second window sticker on the car at $5800.00 for items we DID NOT WANT! Besides salesperson mentioned a add on to MSRP & looking for Rhodium white with premium white interior that they did not have.. Spoke to North Palm Beach for Sam's price, never had my questions really answered. Mr. Garcia of Lakeland Mazda video of showroom CX90 white on white took the cake. Then Luke sales manager even worked the price by way of text message, were 85 miles away! They say this dealership is low pressure, ultra modern and true to price quoted. They were right! fantastic price, Sonja GM even backed it out of showroom. Luke Sales manager very helpful with pricing our trade. Aaron another sales associate helped with questions while our sales rep Andres Garcia worked with Aleena Perryman Finance mgr. to secure the deal. Everyone was extremely professional, although we knew exactly what we were after and willing to pay. I/ we recommend this dealership to everyone who is interested in being treated as they matter, like family. Super price on our Mazda ( never even rode in a Mazda before) researched/compared vehicles for over a week 24/7. Mis size 3 row SUV.s, straight 6, turbo high output and top of the class MPG. Turn radius and wishbone suspension, wheelbase & 57 decibels Wow! Sorry for the length but truth be told! More

Dealership is clean and comfortable. I was disappointed with the gentleman at the service counter. He seemed to challenge me with each statement I made....even seemed annoyed when I a I was disappointed with the gentleman at the service counter. He seemed to challenge me with each statement I made....even seemed annoyed when I asked for window cleaner and paper towels so that I could clean all the "love bugs" off my windshield. He proceeded to do it for me, but said he had no additional window cleaner. I did not believe that was true. I did not believe I was asking too much. I travel a distance to go to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle, but I may be rethinking that in the future. More
