Mazda Lakeland is proud to join the successful Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships, which has been serving the surrounding Central Florida community for 80 years since 1938! Our group's motto, "Never forget your customer - Never let your customer forget you!" comes straight from the mind and heart of the William E. "Bill" Holler, the first of the Holler family to go into the automotive industry. Long before motivational speakers became fashionable, Bill Holler was an institution! Automotive News described him as a spellbinder, a table-pounder, and an evangelist. But he didn't sell cars on personality alone. By understanding customer wants and needs, Bill was able to develop innovative programs to inspire dealers to establish new sales records.
Roger III, Chris, and Jill Holler Rogers (Vice-Presidents of our automotive group) are the great-grandchildren of the fabled Bill Holler. He founded the General Motors Dealers' Son School established to prepare dealers' offspring to inherit the family franchise and his son, grandson, and great-grandchildren were all graduates. From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession. In sales literature and speeches he often pointed out that the commander who leads the troops in battle...the volunteer who raises funds for charity...the homeowner who gets the neighborhood involved in a community project...is doing a sales job.

Mazda Lakeland went from being a fallback option (because it was over an hour away) to our dealership of choice due to our sales person ,Brian’s, friendly demeanor and regular check ins with video messages h it was over an hour away) to our dealership of choice due to our sales person ,Brian’s, friendly demeanor and regular check ins with video messages highlighting their new arrivals in the make and model I was interested in! He was very straightforward and gave me realistic pricing breakdowns that let me walk away from the purchase feeling excited for my new car and happy with the “deal” I got. It’s worth pointing out that there was a significant difference between this dealership and my closer, local dealerships, when it came to additional fees… they didn’t add things like a “pre delivery service charge” or throw a bunch of extra junk on the vehicle to drive the price up, and that alone is worth choosing this location! I also have to mention that the paperwork part of the sale was exceptionally easy, and our finance person was fun and friendly and actually made that part the highlight of our whole car buying experience! If it’s your local dealership, lucky you… if it’s a bit further away, it’s definitely worth your consideration… I’m definitely glad we made the trip out! More

After seeing the trim and color of the car I wanted online at Mazda Lakeland, I got in touch with Brian in sales. Buying a car is usually fraught with stress and anxiety, but Brian was prompt and profe online at Mazda Lakeland, I got in touch with Brian in sales. Buying a car is usually fraught with stress and anxiety, but Brian was prompt and professional throughout the whole process. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in with a quick video to verify it was in stock. There were no 'games' or other tactics that I've experienced with dealers in my local area. Instead, Brian and I worked out the numbers for the new car and the trade-in value of my car over the phone and text. I was then happy to drive hours up the road to complete the deal. It was probably the best experience buying a car I've ever had... and I've bought a lot of cars in the past! I really appreciate the Brian and the whole sales team. 5+ stars! More

Although I dreaded trading in my paid off Honda accord and wasn’t looking forward to payments, this was by far my greatest car buying experience.
