The safety rating is what got me to the dealership and Sophia (GM) and Nick (Salesman) is what got me to buy. The price is straight forward, what you see is what you get. And the trade in value of my car was valued more at this dealership than others. Sophia was honest, kind and compassionate as this was an extremely emotional trade (I loved my car). They were masked up and maintaining a comfortable physical distance as we spoke, as was I. Austin Fowler initiated contact by greeting me outside. He made a great first impression. No pressure, listened, offered knowledgeable input about the car I wanted to buy. Susan Hunt, Sales Manager, was superb. She was professional, patient, willing to work a deal that left me no choice but to buy the car😀 Jolivens (Joli) Louis, finalized the deal. He offered the same professionalism and patience, as his colleagues. He was wonderful to work with. I spent a “pandemic year” researching the car, saving money to make this purchase. I was as ecstatic with my experience at Lakeland Mazda as much as my new car. This morning I returned to the service department to have window tinting. I am happy to report they are as professional, and “pandemic” safe, as the sales department. I can and will be offering my recommendation to Lakeland Mazda for any automobile needs whether it’s purchasing a car or servicing one. Last Straw...This was the last time to take the Mazda Last Straw... This was the last time to take the Mazda to Lakeland Mazda. We have been 4X since we bought in Oct with things that should have been Last Straw... This was the last time to take the Mazda to Lakeland Mazda. We have been 4X since we bought in Oct with things that should have been caught at the time it was purchased. The most recent complaint is we booked for an oil change. While they were doing this, they did the sales pitch about getting this and that done but failed to do something that would have taken them 3 minutes. They noted that we may have had a rodent under the hood and it was just a statement. I never really paid attention to it because there was no recommendations when it came to that. When we got back home, my husband opened the lid and we could not believe the cones and straw that these little guys built under there. Could have they not taken 3 minutes and with a shop vac and removed it for us? They weren't busy as no one was waiting. What our most concerning thing is if they changed the oil and checked the dipstick before and after, how did some of the corns and straw not fall into the oil fill to the engine?? We are having this documented as we do not want to have engine problems down the road. This could be why they suggested a whole engine clean /flush etc. We are done with Lakeland Mazda. 4X back is unacceptable. More
