Mazda Lakeland is proud to join the successful Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships, which has been serving the surrounding Central Florida community for 80 years since 1938! Our group's motto, "Never forget your customer - Never let your customer forget you!" comes straight from the mind and heart of the William E. "Bill" Holler, the first of the Holler family to go into the automotive industry. Long before motivational speakers became fashionable, Bill Holler was an institution! Automotive News described him as a spellbinder, a table-pounder, and an evangelist. But he didn't sell cars on personality alone. By understanding customer wants and needs, Bill was able to develop innovative programs to inspire dealers to establish new sales records.
Roger III, Chris, and Jill Holler Rogers (Vice-Presidents of our automotive group) are the great-grandchildren of the fabled Bill Holler. He founded the General Motors Dealers' Son School established to prepare dealers' offspring to inherit the family franchise and his son, grandson, and great-grandchildren were all graduates. From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession. In sales literature and speeches he often pointed out that the commander who leads the troops in battle...the volunteer who raises funds for charity...the homeowner who gets the neighborhood involved in a community project...is doing a sales job.
We also have access to extensive inventory across the Holer Classic Family of Dealerships, including dealerships serving Genesis Orlando, Audi Orlando, Honda Orlando, Mazda Orlando, Hyundai Orlando, and a second Honda Orlando dealership serving the Winter Park area. Great first time experience! I searched on line for months to find my daughter a small SUV that was dependable, low mileage and at a good price. I came upon Mazdalakeland and searched their site. After comparing their prices and vehicles to others I made contact with the dealership. Johann Santiago was my sales representative. He was very professional and helpful without haggling me. The process was smooth and quick, in addition they gave me good deal on my trade-in vehicle. The 4 hour trip we made was worth it! Horrible sales manger! Went there to look at cars sales man was very nice. Was looking for my daughter she liked the CX3 I said to the sales guy lets get a price of leasing Went there to look at cars sales man was very nice. Was looking for my daughter she liked the CX3 I said to the sales guy lets get a price of leasing one. He put in my information in the computer went to get something comes back with this lady who says she is the sales manger asking us to take a test ride. I tell her no thanks we want to make sure its on our price range before we even take a test ride. She then says it rides different then the other cars you need to take it for a test ride. I again say no thanks we want to make sure we are in the price range so if we are then we will take it for a test drive, She was getting very rude and so I said it again I need the price first she said nasty that the window sticker is $20,000. That is where I had enough from this rude lady and said I will never buy a car here and left. I went to Freeman Mazda where they listen to customers and are nasty and insisting on something that we you do not want. I would not use this company ever until they get a new sales manger do not waste you time going there. More

He was extremely knowledgeable and we were very impressed . He allowed us to go out and look and answered our questions about each car until we found one we wanted to drive. iHe allowed us to drive it home that day and if we were not satisfied we were not obligated to purchase.
