I really appreciated their up-front best-price-first and no-pressure way of doing things...it made the experience very stress-free. I was very stressed and annoyed at the other dealers. Mark was excellent in telling me about all of the features of the Mazda, and I very much enjoyed working with him. The management, Susan and Sophia, were also very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely go to Lakeland Mazda again because I liked the dealership so much, and of course because I love my new Mazda!!! :-) More

Mazda Maintenance Service I had a 7:30 appointment. I was met by Doug Phillips who wrote up my work order and sent my car to the service department. The decision between the veh My wife and I were recently in the market for a new car. We narrowed down our search to two models, a Mazda and a Nissan. The decision between the vehicles was made MUCH easier by the fact that Sales Specialist Cory Williams McClain and Sales Manager Susan Hunt, at Mazda Lakeland, went out of their way to please us. While the Nissan dealer led off with an insulting offer for our trade-in (which they later improved), Cory and Susan offered a fair price immediately. And while the Nissan staff seemed inflexible and difficult to negotiate with, Cory and Susan were as accommodating as any sales staff we've dealt with. Of course, our decision was aided by the fact that we both liked the Mazda better than the Nissan - and got a better deal as well. As a result, we just bought our second Mazda. We still have our first one, which was bought new in Lakeland 15 years ago. It's the best car we've ever owned. I can't thank Susan and Cory enough for being so patient, understanding, and helpful. Selling us a new car is not a simple task. Cory and Susan did so, and made it look easy. My hat's off. Thanks! Zoom-Zoom! More
