I had an appointment for an oil change. It took three hours. When I checked in the service writer scrolled through the screens, I initialed the screens. Total was to be $119. Three hours later when car was ready the cost was $135. I asked what that included. He said tire rotation and oil change. I said I never authorized tire rotation, I have new tires with lifetime rotation free. He said at the time appt was booked it also included tire rotation. I did not book a tire rotation and I booked the appt with the person who checked me out. I was the person that booked the appt and he was the person I booked it with. Last oil change my husband took my car there. It took him over 2 1/2 hour as well. He was furious. My warranty will be over by the next oil change due. I will NOT be back. More
