Professional but Friendly Service I was taken care of immediately upon arrival for my service appointment; I discussed the services I wanted/needed and the Service Advisor explained ev I was taken care of immediately upon arrival for my service appointment; I discussed the services I wanted/needed and the Service Advisor explained everything to me before asking me to sign the service order. They also had a nice clean Mazda 3 courtesy car for my use. The Cashier was equally as helpful and nice.. overall, a great experience!! This is why I always use this dealer. Good people!!! More

Mazda Maintenance Service I had a 7:30 appointment. I was met by Doug Phillips who wrote up my work order and sent my car to the service department. Doug notified me that work I had a 7:30 appointment. I was met by Doug Phillips who wrote up my work order and sent my car to the service department. Doug notified me that work was completed and car was sent to be washed and vacuumed. I left the dealership at 8:45, very satisfied! I receive better service at Mazda Lakeland than where I purchased my car in upstate NY. I never hesitate to recommend Mazda Lakeland to friends. Always quality work. More
