Dealership is clean and comfortable. I was disappointed with the gentleman at the service counter. He seemed to challenge me with each statement I made....even seemed annoyed when I a I was disappointed with the gentleman at the service counter. He seemed to challenge me with each statement I made....even seemed annoyed when I asked for window cleaner and paper towels so that I could clean all the "love bugs" off my windshield. He proceeded to do it for me, but said he had no additional window cleaner. I did not believe that was true. I did not believe I was asking too much. I travel a distance to go to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle, but I may be rethinking that in the future. More

The guys at the dealership are knowledgeable, courteous, ands willing to help customers without any high pressure. Won’t say it was enjoyable because it is costing me money but probably the easiest trade I ands willing to help customers without any high pressure. Staff is professional and courteous. However, there were stuff they claim I requested to be performed during the oil change (tire rotation and balance).
