I appreciate how clean the waiting area is. I appreciate ed the progress text but I interpreted the text to say my car was finished and ready to pickup. In reality it was finished but fully processed. Took car in for oil change. Was told I needed a new battery as they had to jump start the car everytime they moved it. Paid for oil change went and started car with no issues or Was told I needed a new battery as they had to jump start the car everytime they moved it.
