This was my first time at this dealership. When I arrived it was hard to find which side was service. They need clearer signs. Once I found which side was service I didn’t know which door. There were no clear signs and no employee greeted me to say hi how can I help you. I wandered around until I found the right area. I’m used to dealerships being available as soon as they see you pull up they trying to sell a car or help you in any way. The guy in service was nice after I finally got helped. The sales people walking around were not in business attire. Maybe my standards were too high but the entire experience was interesting. I plan to go back because it’s the only Mazda dealership near my town. More

The estimate that was given was very accurate. I was amazingly surprised at how quickly they were able to get the vehicle in the shop and get the repairs done. The car runs and drives great. Took longer than I expected, but the technician video was neat. The mechanic Michael was very friendly and professional. He gave me his opinion, not just trying to sell me crap.
