I originally missed my appointment a few days before. I called them to let them know I needed to reschedule and they had a slot available for me in good timing too. They treated me with care and respect the whole time. They even told me I have a recall on my car and where to go about that! I always go to my dealership because I wouldn't trust anyone else! More
