I can buy a car anywhere, service is what means the most to me. We bought our Mazda at a different dealership. I needed to get some work done on it. I ran over something on the highway on the afternoon of Dec 31st…could hear something flapping/dragging. Passed several other mechanics that were closed for NYE…but Machens Mitsubishi (where I bought my ca Dec 31st…could hear something flapping/dragging. Passed several other mechanics that were closed for NYE…but Machens Mitsubishi (where I bought my car 5 years ago) had their service department open. They were able to quickly assess and repair the damage and thus prevented me from possible further damage to the undercarriage of my car. I was thankful and grateful as I know the service staff were wanting to finish early that afternoon, but they still took the time to fix my car so I could safely get back on the road! More
