Well my wife went in just to look and see if they had anything that would work for us, not intending to buy on that day. How ever the experience with Luke was fantastic, as I came in with what we had in mind to pay and what we were looking for and they had just what we needed at a great price. Along with that when they found out that I was retired military they also gave me a good deal on my trade-in. Sheldon Mease reached out to me immediately, offered the lowest price of any of the other dealerships that contacted me (none of them ended up matching after lots of back and forth) and also offered an additional $500 off because my husband has a Mazda 3. Since we did all of this over email and phone, I didn't have to spend hours at a dealership haggling. Once we were in agreement, Sheldon put everything together ahead of time so when I went to the dealership, the car was gassed, detailed and ready to go. Signing the papers took no time at all. There was no up selling of crappy warranties or security systems I didn't want. We were literally in and our of the dealership in under 45 minutes. I got the exact car I wanted, in the exact color I wanted, for the best price I could find, while dealing with knowledgeable, professional people. None of the gross used car salesman vibe at this dealership! We are now using them for all our servicing as well, as my husbands car will go in this coming weekend. They also have a new facility coming soon! The mock ups look awesome! Lastly, I loved that the owners were there onsite on a Sunday. It shows that they care about their facility and aren't an absentee owner. More
