At no point were we forcibly upsold. The approach was incredibly consultative and friendly. I really felt like the whole staff were there to assist and inform my decisions. Their knowledge of the product line and intricacies between models and specs was first-class. I would like to reserve a special mention for Frank Weiss, with whom I have come to know over the past few months and who has only ever served as a trusted advisor and source of knowledge, despite me not being in a position to purchase straight away.
