I made an appointment with Joe to visit the dealership on my day off. I arrived at the dealership and had the best car buying experience ever. I was in and out in under an hour and I even had my trade in valued too. It was an effortless purchase experience that I would recommend Mazda of Everett to anyone. There was absolutely no pressure from the sales department. Not during my initial research/test drive visit, and not when I returned a couple of weeks later to look at a specific car. (Note to other dealerships: pressuring me to buy a car within 30 minutes of me first seeing it, is a sure-fire way to make me leave and not come back!) Sheldon went out of his way to make the process as painless as possible, and helped find us a great deal on a pre-owned Mazda6. The finance department were quick (we had a 2 year old with us, so we were worried about this!), and again, not pushy in the slightest. Love the car, and I'll definitely come back when we're next looking to buy. More

The owner was also very helpful in providing me information on the car as it was a local trade. With my not so great credit Kara Swaney worked her magic to get me a better interest rate and payment I could live with. She does her job very well!! After shopping many dealerships before finding this one I can honestly say that Mazda of Everett is definitely the place to go when looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Then in a very professional manner and no pressure he had me drive both cars and then let me make my own decision on which car and preference of purchase. I purchased the CX5. EXCELLENT FRIENDLY FAMILY After 2 months and a bunch of dealerships, constant haggling and dealership games, I finally bought a car through Mazda of Everett. I had made contact After 2 months and a bunch of dealerships, constant haggling and dealership games, I finally bought a car through Mazda of Everett. I had made contact about a agreed price over the phone (which is a rare thing) which was great because they didn't try and do that "we can negotiate a price after you come in" and leave disappointed. I didn't feel like I was playing a mental chess game against the dealership. From start to finish, they took care of me like I was family, the dealership looked fancy, but had a casual air about it, as displayed by the owner who was playing with his dogson (dog grandson). Joe, Luke and Tony all took care of me, offering me my options, but being patient and letting me make my own decisions at my own pace.They measured my best options for financing and gave me the best rates I could find in the area. The car was everything I wanted, and it was helpful for them to be so patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming. It says a lot when the fleet manager gives you a hug and the owner thanks you personally for "joining the family". Thank you again Mazda of Everett for everything! More
