My experience was comfortable, honest, exceeded expectations I gave a 5 star rating because my purchase (2nd one from Mazda of Everett) involved more time and research in making a decision to buy a 2017 Mazda 3. Frank Weiss sold me my first Mazda, and with this second purchase I wanted him on board. I got to know Frank when bringing my car in for service...always polite and asking how I liked my car, inquired about the grandkids - the whole team/staff provided excellent service and still had time to visit or answer questions. In summary, Frank Weiss, John DeNike and Jerad McCann exceeded my expectations in helping with financing, selecting the right model and giving me many incentives. There was no pressure - a sincere interest in making sure it was my decision and one I was comfortable accepting. The service department should also be recognized for their dedication in maintenance and repair issues. Thanks to Stephanie for going out of her way and keeping me in the loop on servicing my car. I highly recommend to family, friends and anyone wanting to buy a car or need service, go talk to the folks at Mazda of Everett. More

Worest place I have ever did business with. Almost every compliant I have is towards their worthless service team. I seem to have to come back at least 2 to 4 times to get any thing fixed and th Almost every compliant I have is towards their worthless service team. I seem to have to come back at least 2 to 4 times to get any thing fixed and they want it left there all day, one time 2 days for a detail and buff work done. They told my wife to go down this morning to look at why our windshield sprayer doesn't work, but when she went in at 7 am they told her she would have to leave it there. The last time we brought our car in before this they forgot to tighten any of the lug nuts, so they rattled loose- yes they could have killed my family. I wound up trading in that car and got a difee rent on since my wife didn't feel safe driving it anymore. Needless to say if it wasn't under warranty I would have no business with these people. Sales team is super nice, but the first one I dealt with tried to rib me off saying something wasn't in the deal and refused to even look at original paperwork. I had to go home and get my paperwork to prove that they owed roof rack bars to me. Like I said plan on taking 2 to 4 visits to get anything done here. When I got my new car from them it took 4 visit's each time leaving the car for the whole day to get it fixed. On top of that they sold me something that couldn't even go on my car, and I had to get them to mail me a check. More

We had driven several others, including an Acura RDX, a Lexus nx200 and a Kia Sorento. Although we liked all three of these, my wife and I felt the Mazda actually had a nicer quieter ride and, in comparison to the Sorento was a good size for my wife to drive. Once our decision was made, Frank gave us a fair kbb offer on our trade and, essentially a carsdirect.com price on the Mazda. No need for any dickering. It was a totally stress-free experience. My wife and I are happy we made this decision. More
