When asked questions was met with hesitating,uncertain answers and a general feeling that there was a lack of knowledge. When it came time to discuss price the general manager Adam came to talk price there was no wiggle room. Was given a 30k price tag not counting fees for a car listed at 27k. When told about our budget and price limit we were pushed to go to a higher price point and when we made a better offer there was no negotiating. The manager left and came back telling us they wouldn't even remotely meet our budget even tho we were willing to put 1500 down. They then attempted to sell us a worse car with more miles for a price equally as bad. To be clear there are better deals else where and recommend searching other places as It seemed clear that their intention was not to sell cars or discuss pricing options. I hope they know they missed out on a sale. My wife and I absolutely LOVED the vehicle. I just wish they were willing to at least TRY to work with us. If you're wanting to negotiate a price, this is not the dealership for you.Edit: After posting this review a member of the team reached out to my wife to see if we were still interested. When responding that we loved the car but did not feel as if the team was ready to make a deal we were talked down to and spoken to as if we were too poor to afford a USED car. We ran the numbers and the numbers that came back with made no logical sense. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT AND FROM SALESMAN SCOTT AND MANAGER ADAM THEY HAVE NO RESPECT Edit 2. Scott continues to text us cars and propose things out of budget. When we told him we had a poor experience and would not be back to the dealership he got attitude with my wife saying he did everything right and did everything to make us comfterble and that it's not his fault. Scott clearly has no skill as a sale person he is rude talks down to people and clearly this dealership has no interest in caring for customers. One again STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT I WOULDNT BUY A CAR FROM HERE IF IT WAS THE LAST CAR ON EARTH AND IT WAS FREE!!!! More

The worst experience was buying a vehicle from this dealership to get the product I wanted, and I purchased based on promises made repeatedly during the sale, which influenced my decision to buy a more dealership to get the product I wanted, and I purchased based on promises made repeatedly during the sale, which influenced my decision to buy a more expensive vehicle. When that was NOT honored, I expected the GM to say nothing more than to make it correct, no matter what it takes, regardless of nonsense. Instead, I was revictimized by the GM, who expected to dictate terms I was not having. It quickly deteriorated with the GM berrating me with laughter. In two weeks, NOT ONE follow-up or return call to walk me through the vehicle, set an appointment, deliver accessories, let alone check in or thank me again for my business. I even had to connect my OnStar myself and the corporate GMC to verify that certain items were to come with my vehicle. I wanted the product I received, the items, and the treatment to be resolved to my satisfaction. It seems the GM wanted to play attorney, hearing the issue five minutes into our conversation instead of addressing the resolution and hiding behind the ownership change as to the reasons for poor treatment, which, to me, are excuses, no resolution. I picked up my vehicle at night. I didn’t see the crack in the windshield until the next morning. I took pictures and sent them to Adam English. He went to his manager. I was told I would have to submit an insurance claim to get it fixed. I was told I should have reported the crack in the windshield the night before. I explained it was dark out and didn’t see the crack. I was told it was my problem. I called to talk with Adam’s manager. I was told on 4 separate occasions he was in a meeting. He never returned my call. I would not shop at this dealership ever again! More

They sold me a vehicle and 50 miles and 2 days later the engine valve train broke. Now it's in their shop for over a week and the service manager said he doesn't know when it can be repaired because parts a engine valve train broke. Meanwhile I'm supposed to make payments on a vehicle that is sitting in your lot. I asked if I could just get either get my trade in back or get a different one of the same type and deal but was told no. They are letting me use a loaner for now. Myself and family have done business with you numerous times over the years so this is a big let down of my confidence in gainesville buick GMC. At this point I'm not sure if I will continue to do so. More
