My salesman “Daniel” was great, I however can’t say that for the overall experience. As an out-of-state buyer, I made a purchase of a 2019 used vehicle and was told multiple lies from other staff members. P for the overall experience. Prior to leaving the dealership, I mentioned the need for the outside keypad access code for the keyless entry but opted to leave since I had a long drive ahead. The following day I contacted the dealership and was essentially told it was sold “as-is” and they can’t be helped anymore. I inquired to see if they had a working relationship with the local competitor dealership that the truck was originally purchased and serviced at from the original owner to see if they could have them look in the system to see if they could get access to the original factory code. I was told “ sorry, we don’t do that”! I would never purchase from this dealer again. More
