Salesman Al never returned my call after numerous attempts to contact him over 4 days! Total waste of time! Sales manager would not discount repair or acknowledge fault! Service department Jesse was the only one who kept me saine! She has her act together and was very helpful. Sales is another story, they are the reason car salesman have a bad name! Lived in Gainesville for 30(+) years and bought several cars and this is my 1st bad experience. Would not recommend this dealership and will NOT go back! More
