He continued to correspond with me over the next 30-45 minutes answering all my questions and getting me set up with pre-approval for a vehicle. We set up a time for Sat for me to come down and look at the vehicle...of course I was late but Mike was very helpful and had the car pulled out for me already. Test drove it but wasn't exactly what I wanted so he quickly got me into the vehicle I ended up bringing home. The dreaded paperwork started but I was very pleased at how helpful and pleasant the experience was. Brian and Mo worked on the financial end and we were complete with everything much quicker than I had expected. I told them a time I needed to be done and they made it happen! I called him, to tell him, I was coming to test drive and buy it. Me and my wife drove to the dealership from jacksonville. And when I met Brian, he was so friendly and courtesy to me and my wife. And then Mike Bonn let me test drive it. He was very nice and courtesy to me and my wife. He helped me with understanding the whole paper work. And I had a wonderful experience with the dealership with buying my new truck. All of the Associates their were so nice and very experienced in the car and truck business. More

Delightful - No pressure experience I started looking for a new car 2 days ago. At the first dealership I visited, the salesman was great, but the manager said that he would only give me I started looking for a new car 2 days ago. At the first dealership I visited, the salesman was great, but the manager said that he would only give me X amount for my trade-in if I made the deal before 8 pm that night. That was a real turnoff. It was the first day of looking and I still wasn't sure of the options I wanted. I refuse to be rushed or bullied when I'm spending megabucks. Then I visited Gainesville Buick & GMC and Sam Esposito. I came in on crutches, recovering from a broken ankle. I told him what I was looking for and he went back in the lot and brought the cars up to me. He took the time to explain the trim pkgs and options available and let me push all kinds of buttons. At NO TIME was there any pressure to make the deal "today." He even offered to let me have a car overnight. Even the manager made no attempt to pressure me. I can't tell you how impressed I was with that. It was like they were there to give me information to help me make a decision, not make a decision for me. I have a dr. appt. tomorrow and I plan on stopping in to ask more questions, and I feel very comfortable with that because we parted on good terms.
