Brandi and Christopher were both very courteous and professional. They were also genuinely concerned about the problem that I was experiencing. Not only did Christopher resolve the issue, he took the time to explain the mechanical design of the parts (including a demonstration of how the design works) to ensure early detection of a potential problem. This service visit was unique in that I had the pleasure of personally meeting the mechanic, which allowed me an opportunity to gain very valuable information.
