My salesman PJ was great, I spoke with him on the phone to explain my situation and needs and we set up an appointment for me to come in and look at a couple cars. He was very patient with me as I changed my mind several times and test drove several vehicles. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and answered all my questions. Though it will be another 30 - 45 days before I actually purchase, he outlined model options, indicated payments could be deferred for up to 90 days, let me test drive the Enclave, and identified a possible resource for selling my fifth wheel, as I'm trading in my truck. I wasn't pressured to act before I was ready but was given all the information I needed to sell me on my next vehicle. As importantly, the dealership offered a very satisfactory trade-in value for my truck. I have been a GMC owner for the last 12 to 13 years and this will be my second vehicle purchased from Gainesville Buick GMC.
