I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from Gainesville Buick GMC. Brian Rundle and the rest of the associates couldn't have done much more to give me a better experience. Since I was traveling from Jacksonville, FL and I have less than perfect credit, I wanted to get everything settled before I made the trip to Gainesville. Brian and I worked together over the phone to ensure that I could get financing and that I could get it at a decent rate. The only other dealership that I had visited did what I call "credit shaming", they offered me a ridiculous interest rate and then had me sit there while they pointed out everything negative on my credit score. Brian's finance manager was not only able to initially get me an interest rate that was half of what the other dealership offered, but was able to work with the bank to get it lowered even more. The evening before I drove to Gainesville the price of the car had been raised. When I got to the dealership I expressed my concern, and after I came back from the test drive the dealership advised that they would honor the price that I had first seen. I hate being "sold to" and especially dislike haggling, I prefer a simple in and out experience. Brian and the team at Gainesville Buick GMC made the process simple and haggle free. I drove away with a vehicle that I love, and a great experience that lends itself to a great dealership. More
