Wow. Was having a real problem with the driver door electrical panel not working. Called dealership Tuesday morning and scheduled appointment for service on Thursday. 15 minutes after checking into ser electrical panel not working. The courtesy driver took me home and the next afternoon he came and picked me up from home to so that I could get my car. Between him and Kim's superior customer service skills, I know that I will return to this service dept as well as when Im ready for a new vehicle. Thanks for making this a pleasant experience.
