My daughter had her vehicle "repaired" by this dealer after hitting a deer. They kept her vehicle so long her insurance rental expired. When we presented to get her unfinished vehicle back, the work s after hitting a deer. They kept her vehicle so long her insurance rental expired. When we presented to get her unfinished vehicle back, the work still was not completed and this dealer would not relinquish the vehicle without my daughter signing the insurance form. Alonzo promised they would call as soon as the part arrived and would complete the repair at no additional charge. Of course, he never called. My daughters has called them 5 times since with no luck. It has been 1 year and they have not completed the promised repair. Very fraudulent and shady repair department. More

Saleman was awesome. Dealership didn't payoff trade in car for 30 days cost me more money. They lied about it and played games when we called to inquire.
