Tho everyone I spoke with, dealt with was nice and polite, I did have some issues with this dealership efficiency and customer service. I requested a delivery/test drive. I let them know the time I needed them here and they were 2 hrs late while I waited. After that, we agreed to the purchase at price I stated and it was accepted without a lot of back and forth dickering. Salesperson, Chris, came to pick me up and it was my understanding that paperwork would come with him and I would pay him check at that time. It did not happen. He drove me to dealership, paperwork was done, he drove me home and said car would be delivered that afternoon after detailing car. Car was not delivered until the next day and I ended up having to drive Chris back to dealership, instead of the dealership providing a driver to do so. Chris was polite, and kind, but this ended up taking a whole weekend of my time to accomplish what should have been completed more efficiently. I live in Ocala and this back and forth was most inconvenient. More
