I drove 6 hours to trade for this truck 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 Diesel.The buying experience was ok. The finance manager was the best. I was promised touch up paint and new windshield wipers from Marc my sale 2500 Diesel.The buying experience was ok. The finance manager was the best. I was promised touch up paint and new windshield wipers from Marc my salesman and those were going to be mailed to me that was almost a month ago. I emailed Marc, Justin , Kyle and I talked to the service manager about receiving service records done to my truck before I bought it and I have not received anything. The truck was in the Chevy dealership the second week I owned it with glow plug problems. The Gainesville Advantage program they charge you is a joke. I took my truck to my Chevy Dealer and none of the things listed on the advantage were done to my truck prior to me buying it almost $2,000 that I paid that was for nothing! No one at this dealership has contacted me since sell accepted Marc and he sent me the car fax again. I have contacted GM and they can’t get the dealership to contact me! They also had my trade in on sale on their lot and it wasn’t even paid off?? Let’s see if this review does anything! Probably not I do not know who it goes to but I hope someone important sees it and they man up and do the things I was promised and the things I have asked for. More
