Dennis was awesome! I enjoy working with a salesman who doesn’t make someone feel pressured or “bugged”. He was patient and understanding. The finance guy (excuse me for I enjoy working with a salesman who doesn’t make someone feel pressured or “bugged”. He was patient and understanding. The finance guy (excuse me for not remembering his name) was also awesome! I went in with a pre-approval but with my permission, he quickly found me a better deal with a better rate. Due to working late and weather conditions, I showed up to the dealership just before closing. Dennis & the finance guy both stayed to work with me after closing. Dennis and I had started working the deal earlier that day via telephone. When I advised him I was on my way and that I would be later than expected, he made sure the vehicle I was purchasing was detailed & ready to go when I got there. He immediately allowed me to go on a test drive. When we returned from the test drive, all I had to do was sign documents and finalize the purchase. Overall, my experience was outstanding! I would not hesitate to send someone their direction to purchase a vehicle! Thanks guys! More
